These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of seocompanyegypt.com (the “Website”) and any SEO services we provide (“Services”). The Website and Services are operated by SEO Company Egypt, based in Cairo, Egypt.

By browsing the Website, submitting a lead or audit form, or engaging us for Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our Services.

• You will not misuse the Website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• You will not scrape, copy, or republish content without our written consent.
• You will provide accurate information when submitting forms and not impersonate any person or entity.

SEO is a long-term, results-driven discipline influenced by factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, your competitors, your website’s technical health, your content, your offer). We commit to professional execution, clear reporting, and the deliverables defined in your signed proposal or order form.

No guarantee of specific rankings. We do not guarantee a specific position on Google for any keyword or a specific traffic, leads, or revenue figure. Anyone who promises guaranteed #1 rankings is misleading you.

• Timely access to your website, CMS, hosting, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile when needed.
• Approval of deliverables within reasonable timelines so the project can progress.
• Accurate information about your business, products, and target market.
• Payment of invoices according to the agreed schedule.

Fees, scope, and payment schedule are defined in your proposal or order form. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments may pause work. Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable. Recurring monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

All content on the Website (text, graphics, code, dashboards) is owned by SEO Company Egypt or our licensors and protected by Egyptian and international IP laws. For Services: deliverables produced specifically for you (content, meta data, on-page implementations) become your property upon full payment. Underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools remain ours.

Both parties will keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and use it only for the purpose of the project.

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, hosting providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Either party may terminate the engagement for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice. On termination, you pay for work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Website or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
